Orange cake - a simple recipe


In my cookbook, there are several recipes for orange tori, in practice met probably a dozen different variations - from the simple to the sophisticated and difficult to prepare.
Today's cake recipe is rather a category of affordable and, because orange is added for flavor and taste, and all the rest of the ingredients are usually on hand.
Cook this orange cake usually before coming to visit friends for a cup of tea - it's different from the usual cakes, but also easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1.Yaytso 3 pc.2.Sahar 180 g3.Muka ½ tbsp.4.Razryhlitel dough 1 tsp5.Apelsin 1 pc.For the cream:
1.Yaytso 1 pc.2.Sahar 100 g3.Muka 1 tbsp4.Moloko 150 ml.5.Maslo softened butter 100gPreparation:
1.Apelsin with the skin thoroughly with a brush, cover with water, put on fire and cook 5 minutes after boiling.2.Apelsin cut by 8-10 cloves, cool, remove the seeds and mince or chop into a puree with a blender.3.Yaytsa beat with a mixer in a magnificent foam, add the sugar and beat again.4.Muku together with the baking powder, add to the dough along with the orange puree and mix.5.Vylozhit in shape, beds made with baking paper, the size of a centimeter 10h22 and place in a preheated 180 degree oven baked for about 40 minutes to dry wooden sticks.6.Biskvit to cool, and then cut it into three equal parts.7.Sahar together with eggs and flour, stir and put the milk. Put on the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until boiling. Custard cream part cool to room temperature.8.Vzbit custard cream portion with the softened butter until a thick homogeneous cream consistency resembling melted butter.9.Promazat cream cakes and put one on the other.10.Ukrasit cake as desired and put into the fridge for a few hours to solidify.
